Introduction

The working pressure of the machine, the pressing speed, the line and range of the no-load fast descent and deceleration can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete the ejection process, without ejection process and stretching process, each The process is also a fixed pressure and fixed stroke process for selection. The fixed pressure molding process has ejection delay and automatic return after pressing.

Optional Device

1. Standstill and emergency stop button: When an abnormality occurs, press the “still” button to stop the action. Press the "emergency stop" button, including the motor stop running.

2. The motor control part is equipped with thermal protectors, circuit breakers and other devices to protect the motor from overload and over-current short-circuit protection.

3. The control block of the lower cavity of the main cylinder is equipped with a slip-resistant falling device and a safety valve. The slider can be stationary at any position to prevent the slider from sliding down out of control.

4. Overload protection: The hydraulic system circuit is equipped with a safety valve. When the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the hydraulic system will automatically overflow and limit the pressure. The protection set value is adjustable to ensure that the compressor will not be overloaded.

5. Overpressure protection: The electric contact pressure gauge displays the pressure of the upper cavity of the main cylinder at all times, and stops working when the set pressure is reached, effectively playing the role of overpressure protection.
