Introduction

The Automobile beam forming hydraulic press is equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, which is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC+ touch screen, and realizes centralized operation through the operation panel. In the semi-automatic state, the operation is standardized in two modes: fixed range and fixed pressure, and the fixed pressure state has the functions of maintaining pressure delay and automatic return.

The three beams of the machine tool are welded components, all of which are tempered in a tempering furnace as a whole, and are processed by a large drop boring and milling machine, with good accuracy retention;

The stroke of the slider adopts imported displacement sensor to detect and send signals, closed-loop control, electro-hydraulic proportional pump execution, good synchronization effect of the cylinder, and strong anti-eccentric load ability of the slider;

The machine tool is equipped with two-handed operation, multiple emergency stops, overload protection, safety guardrails and other safety measures;
