1. The output speed is low
Cause analysis: The end face clearance and radial clearance of the four-column hydraulic machine motor are too large, the oil viscosity is too small, and the matching parts are severely worn. A bypass is formed, such as a failure of the relief valve. The coupling is loose or the coaxiality is poor, the pipe joint is leaking, and the oil filter is clogged.
Troubleshooting measures: Improve the manufacturing accuracy of the four-column hydraulic press motor, inspect or replace damaged parts, reinstall couplings, pipe fittings and other connections must be tight, and the oil filter should be cleaned frequently.
Key issue: Sealing volume leakage, affecting pressure increase, and pressure regulation is too low.
Key issues: serious oil leakage and low oil supply. The four-column hydraulic press is designed with a four-column open space, which can be suitable for processing different products. Its working height and the size of the working surface can be made according to product requirements. The circuit design of the four-column hydraulic press is simple, requires little horsepower, and is easy to maintain. Some parts are damaged, such as the bearing cage, the needle roller of the needle roller bearing is broken, the torsion spring is deformed, the inner surface of the stator is scratched, etc.
2. Low output torque
Cause analysis: The end face clearance of the hydraulic motor of the four-column hydraulic press is too large or the matching parts are seriously worn, the oil supply is insufficient or the bypass or relief valve fails.
3. Excessive noise
Reason analysis: The manufacturing accuracy of the hydraulic motor is not high, such as the tooth profile accuracy, contact accuracy, verticality of the inner hole and the end face, and the fit clearance of the gear hydraulic motor.
