Four Column hydraulic Press Bubbles in the hydraulic oil can cause malfunctions

1. The Four Column hydraulic Press hydraulic system is not working properly. In the hydraulic transmission system, oil is the transmission medium for power. When there is no air mixed in, its compression rate is about (5~7)×10-10m3/N. That is, when the pressure increases by 10MPa, the volume is only compressed. reduced to 0.625%. Therefore, in general hydraulic systems, oil can be considered a non-compressible fluid, regardless of its compressibility. Once air is mixed into the oil, its compression rate will increase significantly. If the oil itself has a very high stiffness or a large volume elastic coefficient (the reciprocal of the compression rate), it will be greatly reduced, seriously endangering the working reliability of the system. Such as automatic control failure, intermittent movement of the working mechanism, increased scrap rate of processed parts, etc. Machinery and personal accidents may also occur due to device malfunction caused by air bubbles.
2. The oil temperature rises. The temperature of air bubbles will rise sharply after being compressed instantly by the Four Column hydraulic Press pump. If the gas is not dissolved in oil, the approximate temperature rise of its adiabatic compression is not difficult to calculate. For example, when a 35°C bubble is pressurized to 3.5MPa, its temperature rise can reach 580°C. After the bubbles reach high temperatures, the oil around them will burn, which becomes the main reason for the sudden increase in system oil temperature. However, air is difficult to conduct heat. When there are bubbles in the oil, its thermal conductivity is greatly reduced, seriously affecting the cooling effect of the oil.
3. It leads to the occurrence of cavitation and erosion of the solid wall surface of the Four Column hydraulic Press hydraulic system components, which is very harmful to the system.
4. The bubbles in the Four Column hydraulic Press oil will increase the vibration and noise of the system, and reduce the volumetric efficiency of the pump.
