1. Energy storage
The small hydraulic press accumulator can store a certain volume of pressure oil and release it when needed for the use of the hydraulic system.
1) Increase the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder
When the hydraulic cylinder of the small hydraulic press is moving at a slow speed, it needs less flow, and a small hydraulic pump can be used to supply oil, and the excess pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump is stored in the accumulator to be used as an auxiliary power source. When the hydraulic cylinder moves rapidly, the required flow rate is large, and the system pressure is low at this time, so the accumulator discharges the pressure oil, and supplies the hydraulic cylinder with the pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump, so that the hydraulic cylinder can move quickly. When the hydraulic cylinder moves rapidly, because the accumulator participates in the oil supply, it is not necessary to use a hydraulic pump with a large flow rate, which not only reduces the power consumption of the motor, but also reduces the oil temperature of the hydraulic system, and selects small-sized auxiliary components.
2) As emergency energy
When the hydraulic device suddenly loses power during operation, the valve or pump fails, etc., at this time, the accumulator can be used as an emergency energy to supply small hydraulic oil. Either maintain system pressure, or complete an action to avoid failure.
3) Realize stop pump and maintain pressure
The small hydraulic press is used in the pump stop and pressure maintaining circuit of the clamping system. When the hydraulic cylinder is clamped, the pressure of the small hydraulic press rises and the accumulator is filled with liquid; when the opening pressure of the pressure relay is reached, a signal is sent to stop the hydraulic pump, and the pressure of the clamping hydraulic cylinder depends on the pressure oil of the accumulator. maintain, thereby reducing the power consumption of the hydraulic system.
2. Absorb pressure pulsation
Except for the screw pump, the pressure oil output by other types of hydraulic pumps has pressure pulsation, which affects the working performance of the small hydraulic press. In order to reduce or eliminate pressure pulsation, an accumulator is generally set near the hydraulic pump to absorb pressure pulsation.
3. Small hydraulic press to ease pressure shock
The reciprocating motion or sudden stop of the actuator, the sudden switching or closing of the control valve, and the sudden start or stop of the hydraulic pump often produce pressure shock and cause mechanical vibration. In the hydraulic system, the accumulator is arranged in the position where the pressure shock is likely to occur, which can alleviate the pressure shock, thereby improving the working performance of the small hydraulic press.
