Because the output power of the hydraulic press system changes greatly, the requirements for flow and pressure are different in different processes, so we need to rely on the flow valve and pressure valve to adjust the required flow and pressure. However, the quantitative pump has no adjustment function, and the energy is wasted when the oil temperature rises. At the same time, it also increases the wear of each valve, high oil temperature, high noise and other phenomena, which will shorten the overall service time of the 400 ton four column hydraulic press.
The designed capacity of the motor of the hydraulic press is higher than the actual one, which also causes a waste of electricity.
