The chamfering at both ends of the valve core of hydraulic press can not be used to 45 degrees. This kind of chamfering is harmful. When assembling the valve core into the valve body, it is easy to get stuck in the O-ring. There are three situations
1. When the coaxiality of the valve body hole to the O-ring groove exceeds the specified value, the O-ring is placed in the groove, with a large amount of compression on one side and a small amount on the other side. In case of serious over tolerance, half a circle or one circle of O-ring will be cut off when the valve core is installed into the valve hole. The factory test is carried out on the test bench. Due to the short time, low oil temperature and no back pressure, oil leakage will not be found. When it is used on the hydraulic equipment for a period of time, oil leakage begins.
2. The coaxiality of the O-rings at both ends of the valve body and the main valve hole is qualified, and the chamfering at both ends of the valve core should be 15 ° - 20 ° and the O-ring will be broken if it is greater than the specified value.
3. Both of them are qualified. Lubricating oil is not applied to the valve hole, O-ring and valve core during assembly, and a piece of O-ring can be cut off when installing valve core into valve body.
Therefore, to solve the problem of oil leakage in the Journal of hydraulic press, we should start from the two processes of processing and assembly, so that the hydraulic components do not leak.
