First, we need to insist on testing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic cylinder filter. Then, make judgments based on specific detection situations, and find and deal with problems in a timely manner.
Under normal circumstances, if a large pressure difference is found, it may mean that the oil temperature in the hydraulic cylinder is low, the viscosity is high, or the oil is emulsified, or the filter element may be seriously contaminated or replaced. If you notice a small pressure difference, it may be due to a damaged filter element, a poor installation that may be bypassing the filter inlet and outlet, or it may be caused by insufficient oil flow.
