Causes of machining errors in four-column hydraulic presses

1. The radial clamping force of the hydraulic valve core is large, resulting in large movement resistance of the valve core. Therefore, the oil pressure difference between the D and E chambers when the valve core is pushed to achieve automatic compensation is large, thus affecting the synchronization accuracy of the valve core.
2. If the flow rate of the equipment through the synchronization valve is too small, or the difference between entering and leaving the oil chamber is too low, the pressure difference between the front and rear of the fixed orifices on both sides will be reduced. However, the fixed orifice with large pressure difference (large pressure loss) has high speed synchronization accuracy.
3. There are many components connected between the diverter valve and the actuator, and their leakage is large, which increases the synchronization error of the circuit. Generally, no other control components are connected between the diverter valve and the actuator as much as possible to avoid increasing the synchronization error of the loop due to different leakage amounts of these control components or other reasons.
4. The synchronization valve of the four-column hydraulic machine is installed vertically, which will affect the synchronization accuracy due to the weight of the valve core, so it should be installed horizontally.
5. The equipment's guide rail accuracy is poor, the guide rail surface is severely distorted, the guide rail pressure plate inserts are adjusted too tightly, the dynamic and static friction factors of the guide rail material are greatly different, the guide rail is not scraped well, the number of points is not enough, the points are uneven, and the oil grooves on the guide rail are Problems such as the depth is too shallow and is worn away during operation, the oil grooves opened are uneven, the length of the oil grooves is too short, etc. may also lead to errors.
6. The new four-column hydraulic press has not been run-in, and errors may occur due to lack of running-in.
7. Other reasons, such as too many components connected between the diverter valve and the actuator, large leakage, etc.
