1. Take out a small amount of oil from the oil pump for observation and detection. If the color of the viewer changes and it is found to be milky white turbid or light yellow emulsion, the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.
2. Take out a small amount of oil, and there is colloid deposition in the oil. Put it on your fingers and twist it. If you feel a lot of colloid and strong adhesion, it means that the hydraulic oil of the equipment has been oxidized.
3. Take out some of the deposited sludge directly from the bottom of the oil tank. If you find that there are many asphalts and decays in it, it means that the oil in the oil tank has been oxidized and decayed. The validity period of hydraulic oil of hydraulic press is difficult to guarantee. The hydraulic oil should be replaced in time.
4. Sometimes filter paper is used to filter the oil, and it is used in the application equipment after filtration. However, if there is black residue on the filter paper and the residue has a pungent odor, the oil of hydraulic press has been oxidized and decayed.
5. It can also be identified by incineration (try not to use this method). You will find that the oil contains a lot of water and white smoke will come out when it is incinerated. Before burning, the oil has lost its stickiness when touched by hand. This means that the oil has emulsified and cannot be used anymore.
