Hydraulic Heat Press Machine

Introduction

The hydraulic heat press machine generates less heat, reduces cooling costs, and reduces the cost of hydraulic oil. The heat output of its hydraulic system is generally 10%-30% of that of a traditional hydraulic machine. This is because most of the time the pump has a zero-speed low-heat characteristic. The oil tank of the hydraulic machine can be smaller than that of the traditional hydraulic machine, and the oil change time can be extended. Therefore, the hydraulic oil consumption for driving a four-column hydraulic press is generally only about 50% of that of a traditional hydraulic press.
